Job Summary
Lead a cafe shift at Bryant Park (NYC) ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include directing staff across stations, monitoring breaks and compliance with DOH and safety standards, overseeing food quality and back-of-house operations, ordering and stocking items, attending to customers, banking/cashing out for the shift, and escalating issues to the Store Manager as needed. Requires 1-2 years related experience, ability to multi-task, strong brand knowledge, capability to lead a team, lift up to 25lbs, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
