Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations and sales pitches. Engage with customers to drive interest, create urgency for limited-time offers, and quickly resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Assist in setting up and maintaining displays, overseeing operations, and managing take-down processes while adhering to visual merchandising and safety standards. Meet or exceed event demand plans and individual sales goals. Gather customer feedback to share with management.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role required
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party events and for occasional meetings
- Must be able to use various forms of transportation
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business and customer data
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in ensuring customer privacy

- Must be able to stand for an extended amount of time
- Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
- Must be able to assemble furniture and displays while working on the sales floor
