Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations and limited-time promotional offers. Engage customers from initial interest through purchase, manage quotes, close sales, and provide attentive post-purchase support while quickly resolving issues. Assist with setting up and taking down displays, adhering to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines, and oversee operations to ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and demand plans while gathering customer feedback to drive future engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role required
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party events and for occasional meetings
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business and customer data
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in ensuring customer privacy
