Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations and sales engagement. Create urgency to drive sales during limited-time events while quickly resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with setting up and taking down product displays, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and overseeing event operations to adhere to company policies. Gather customer feedback to share with management and meet individual sales goals and key performance indicators. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds while standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company
- Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to assemble furniture and displays
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, grasp, reach, pull, push, stand, stoop, walk, crawl, and climb
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling sensitive business and customer data
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in ensuring customer privacy
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
- Must be able to stand for an extended amount of time
