Job Summary
Travel to temporary Lovesac events in third-party stores to represent the brand, increase awareness, and build customer loyalty through interactive product demonstrations. Engage shoppers by promoting limited-time offers, managing quotes, closing sales, and resolving issues to drive immediate revenue. Oversee event operations, including setup, visual merchandising, and display take-down, while adhering to strict brand and safety standards. Gather customer feedback to inform management and meet or exceed individual sales goals and demand plans.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record free of major violations
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location
- Must reside within the same state that is listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role required
- Must be able to travel daily and as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Must be able to travel to local stores
- Must be able to travel to third-party events
- Must be able to travel for occasional meetings
- Must be able to use various forms of transportation
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment
- Must demonstrate integrity
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Must be able to handle sensitive business and customer data
