Job Summary
PT Brand Partnership Associate with Lovesac at third-party in-store events. Represent the brand, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and drive brand awareness and sales within a designated territory. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down displays, managing in-store events, engaging customers to close sales, promoting post-purchase services, gathering feedback for management, and maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. Requires travel to events, strong customer-service skills, ability to manage quotes and close sales, and adherence to Lovesac/vendor policies. Compensation includes a bonus program, PTO, benefits, 401K matching, mileage reimbursement, and flexible hours; 18+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience; ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods; willingness to travel locally and support local stores as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel with current vehicle insurance
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must reside within 30 miles from the location and within the same state listed on the job posting
- Minimum of 1 year of high-paced experience in a retail or customer service role
- Must be able to travel daily to local stores and third-party events as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds; ability to assemble furniture and displays; able to bend, twist, kneel, reach, push, pull, and walk
- Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions and customer data
