Job Summary
Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows, monitoring on-air programming for quality, timing, and compliance with FCC regulations. Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate commercial placement. Troubleshoot technical issues in real time, record and edit audio content using automation systems, and maintain logs for regulatory compliance. Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed. Requires strong technical aptitude with familiarity with NexGen and Adobe Audition, plus availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Located in Madison, WI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Non-Compete agreement (required for certain positions)
