Job Summary
Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows, monitoring on-air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance. Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams for smooth transitions and accurate commercial placement, while troubleshooting technical issues in real time. Record, edit, and load audio content using automation systems and maintain logs for regulatory documentation. Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed. This role requires availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Located in Madison, WI, the position supports iHeartMedia's mission to reach 90% of Americans through trusted audio content and live music events.
Required Qualifications
