Set up bar, break down and lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly. Accept drink orders from guests in proper calling order and make cocktails using standard jiggers and Beverage Standards. Follow check handling procedures, complete opening and closing duties, check and replace glassware, and stock ice, beer, soda, and juices. Clean floors and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift. Weekend availability is required; RAMP certification is preferred.
