Job Summary
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensures a high level of guest interaction, assesses customer preferences, and upsells menu items. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients for cocktails, checking customer identification for legal drinking age, restocking bar supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position requires compliance with food and beverage regulations, proven bartending experience, excellent drink mixing knowledge, and computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Complies with all state food and beverage regulations (alcohol training and current certificate)
- Proven work experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
