Prepare coffee shop beverages, brew, mix or blend beverages according to set standards and prepare food items; operate cash register to itemize customer purchases and process payments; stock items and rotate coffee items and merchandise; maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment; communicate store programs and promotions to customers; follow PPE, safety, and sanitation guidelines; tasks may be assigned in other departments based on customer experience needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- One year of retail or related experience preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills; ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.
- Good customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
