Job Summary
Barista position at Chobani-backed La Colombe store in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking orders, preparing drinks with consistency and quality, owning your station and shift, maintaining a spotless space, supporting teammates, and contributing to a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment. Training is provided to become a coffee expert, with opportunities for growth into cafe management, operations, or sales roles. Compensation is $21.00 per hour for a Regular Part Time schedule, with up to 60 hours PTO/FTO accrual; includes free coffee and a strong team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!)
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
