Job Summary
Prepare and produce bakery products per production plans, package and label items, and merchandise stock according to flight plans. Stock backroom cases and buckets while rotating and dating inventory. Notify the Bakery Manager when products or supplies require ordering. Work independently to ensure financial best interests, comply with safety and food safety guidelines, and maintain guest experience standards. Perform basic math functions and communicate tasks, recipes, and cleaning steps to associates. Lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally while standing and walking for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
