Job Summary
PT Backroom Coordinator at TJX family (Marshalls/Nashville) executes receiving and merchandising standards, orchestrates truck delivery, trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked, and maintains backroom organization and recovery standards. The role supports store operations, monitors team productivity, communicates priorities to management, and upholds safety, labor-law compliance, and shrink-reduction initiatives while fostering a positive customer experience and teamwork.
