Job Summary
Deliver hands-on care to support patient treatment plans and help residents achieve their therapy goals. Maintain accurate records and facilitate clear communication with the Physical Therapist and care team. Provide daily encouragement and positivity throughout the rehab process. Requires an Ohio PTA license and an APTA-approved degree; NetHealth or PCC experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
