Job Summary
IT Asset Administrator responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the DTS organization, including planning, monitoring, and recording software licenses and hardware assets to ensure vendor-contract compliance; assisting in procurement strategies to optimize technology spending; developing and implementing asset-tracking procedures to manage lifecycle and quality control; conducting annual campus audits, maintaining asset records, generating lifecycle and warranty reports, and ensuring data security (PII) and, where applicable, PCI compliance; maintaining software licensing compliance and working with departments to streamline procurement and reporting; and performing related duties to support IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience required
