PT Air Ramp Supervisor

Job Summary
This role supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees responsible for safety, production and attendance. It sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety, while providing innovative leadership and fostering cross-team collaboration. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety policy adherence, managing resources for maximum output and efficiency, promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment, implementing personal development plans, and delivering orientation, training, evaluations, and proactive coaching for ramp personnel. Required capabilities include strong communication, the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and physical ability to lift 70 lbs, with flexibility for shift scheduling across up to five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
