Job Summary
Physical Therapy Aide at Ivy Rehab Network supports clinic operations and patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include ensuring equipment and the clinic remain safe and clean, assisting the front office with tasks such as answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their families. The role supports therapy teams across PT, OT, Speech, and ABA services. Requires strong written and verbal communication, bedside manner, time management, and the ability to multi-task; flexible to varied shifts and possible weekends.
