Job Summary
The Virtual Teller handles member inquiries and completes transactions primarily via Interactive Teller Machine, delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities include processing cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments; informing members about credit union products and services; providing referrals for additional services (new accounts, lending, insurance); answering questions about account information and directing to a Relationship Specialist when needed; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC. Must possess strong customer service and sales skills, and be able to cross-sell products/services in a fast-paced environment. On-site, part-time role scheduled around 30 hours per week in Conroe, TX. Requires effective communication (verbal, video, and written), the ability to work weekends, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities with discretion. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience
- Experience in retail sales environment requiring excellent customer service and sales skills
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Ability to communicate verbally, through video, and in writing, in a professional manner
