Requires PhD-level training, PSYPACT licensure, and 2+ years post-graduate experience; candidates should demonstrate strong communication, autonomous work capability, and comfort delivering care in a national digital health, startup environment. The position supports a national, fully remote clinic with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Active PSYPACT licensure
  • PhD in Psychology or clinical psychology
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Ability to deliver CPT and other evidence-based therapies for PTSD and trauma
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent diagnostic and risk-management capabilities
  • Capability to work autonomously in a remote, national telehealth setting
  • Willingness to participate in CPT supervision and continuing education
  • Experience with family-style or group skills-based modalities (e.g., DBT, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure) is preferred
