Job Summary
Remote, full-time PSYPACT Staff Trauma Therapist providing CPT and other evidence-based psychotherapies for PTSD and trauma. Role involves thorough assessments and triage, direct patient care with CPT and related therapies, risk management, group skills facilitation (e.g., DBT), care coordination with the administrative team, meticulous clinical documentation, and ongoing clinical supervision and professional development. Requires PhD-level training, PSYPACT licensure, and 2+ years post-graduate experience; candidates should demonstrate strong communication, autonomous work capability, and comfort delivering care in a national digital health, startup environment. The position supports a national, fully remote clinic with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active PSYPACT licensure
- PhD in Psychology or clinical psychology
- At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Ability to deliver CPT and other evidence-based therapies for PTSD and trauma
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent diagnostic and risk-management capabilities
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote, national telehealth setting
- Willingness to participate in CPT supervision and continuing education
- Experience with family-style or group skills-based modalities (e.g., DBT, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure) is preferred
