Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy at the Outpatient Mental Health Center. Monitor client progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Utilize evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and training to enhance clinical skills. Must hold a relevant Maryland license or be pre-licensed to qualify.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed or pre-licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
