Job Summary
Psychotherapist needed for outpatient clinic in Altamonte Springs, FL. Provide psychotherapy and counseling using various modalities, conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions, and implement therapeutic interventions for adults, adolescents, and children five and older. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, offer psychoeducation to patients and families, and document services in accordance with company policies. Maintain professional development and stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling. Eligible for base pay with productivity and performance bonuses, signing bonus, and potential additional compensation for supervisory duties. Telemedicine option available; four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, with possible telemedicine days to earn additional pay. E-Verify participant; drug-free workplace policy in effect.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy
- Active Florida license
