Job Summary
Provide initial assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing psychotherapy for individuals, families, and couples. Responsibilities include maintaining case records, intervening in crisis situations, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must comply with Caregiver Law and Grant conditions criminal history checks
- Wisconsin State Certification as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW or possess Training license
- Must be billable and reimbursable for commercial insurances
- Proof of immunity or vaccination for MMR and Varicella
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check
