Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based psychotherapy to children and families in NYC. Responsibilities include partnering with children, teens, and families where they live; conducting initial and ongoing assessments; creating personalized service plans with active family involvement; delivering short-term counseling to reduce symptoms and improve functioning; delivering in-person and phone-based crisis intervention for psychiatric/behavioral/situational distress; and maintaining accurate documentation to support care and collaboration. Required licensure (NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT) and ability to conduct home visits. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR is preferred; bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali, or others) are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- NYS LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required)
- Flexibility to conduct home visits (evenings or weekends preferred)
- Strong communication, assessment, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
