Generate comprehensive treatment protocols, discern causal factors, and alter internal distortions while providing regulatory guidance. Institute fair boundaries and forge trusting connections with inpatient facilities, reporting dangerous undertakings to authorities as needed. Maintain your own supervision when required. Contractual work offers a competitive split, flexible hours, and bonuses for full-time status (35+ hours). Evening hours are preferred, with 24/7 office access and remote telehealth options available. The practice accepts BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and cash rates in a laid-back environment servicing mostly low-acuity patients.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in an applicable Psychotherapy-intensive discipline
- Receipt of supervised applied Psychotherapeutic training
- Demonstrable experience as a psychotherapist
- Expertise in prevailing evidence-based protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled at boosting compliance with interventions
- Adept at navigating projection, uncertainty, denial
- A flexible, empathic, and receptive approach to psychotherapy
