Job Summary
Deliver psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment to diverse clients across the lifespan while developing treatment approaches grounded in relational, cultural, and developmental understanding. Engage in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, and reflective supervision with peers to maintain clinical rigor and participate in a feedback-rich community. Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically meaningful documentation while upholding a commitment to integrity and systems-based care. Required Qualifications
- Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
- A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
- At least two years of post-master's experience providing predominantly outpatient psychotherapy
- The ability to approach psychotherapy from systemic, relational, and developmental theoretical perspectives
- Full-time, salaried, exempt, benefits-eligible, W2 role
- A cover letter
Desired Qualifications
- At least two years providing clinical supervision
- Formal training in child, couples, family therapy, relational / interpersonal, or contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy
- Pre-licensed therapists such as LGSWs or LAMFTs with licensure imminent within four months
