Job Summary
Provide recovery-oriented psychotherapy services to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities as part of a multidisciplinary team. Conduct assessments with valid consent, develop and follow treatment plans, document psychotherapy sessions and updates within 48 hours, and communicate with facility staff and the clinical supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, adhere to regulatory standards, and demonstrate professional conduct. Requires a Master’s degree in social work and a current state license (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT).
