Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapeutic services in the inpatient level of care while reviewing assessment data, case management, and intake information. Perform psychosocial assessments to determine interventions, update treatment plans, and contact families for collateral information and discharge planning. Facilitate family meetings, communicate outcomes with the interdisciplinary team, and conduct peer-to-peer chart audits consistent with regulatory requirements. Monitor social services appropriateness and collaborate with staff to resolve service delivery problems and maintain clinical productivity standards. Requires a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker license in Wisconsin, a Master's degree, and two years of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Counselor license issued by the state of Wisconsin
- Marriage and Family Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin
- Advanced Practice Social Worker
- Social Worker
- Clinical license issued by the state of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Educational
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling
- 2 years of experience in providing therapy in behavioral health
- Substance Abuse Counselor-In-Training
- Substance Abuse Counselor

Desired Qualifications
- Skilled as a generalist and has one or more specializations
