Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluations and execute therapeutic treatment using motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychotherapy to strengthen client commitment to change goals. Deliver care through a collaborative, goal-oriented communication style within the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Unit at CentraCare Plaza or Midsota Behavioral Health, with options for some remote work alongside onsite duties. Work a full-time schedule of 80 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field
- State of Minnesota licensure
- Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Independent Clinical level (LICSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Minimum of one-year experience
- Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP)
