Job Summary

Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy for patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. Deliver crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and counseling for diverse populations in a rural setting. Maintain confidential clinical records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Participate in community outreach programs focused on mental health education and wellness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or related field
  • Valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Wisconsin
  • Strong experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling in individual, group, and family settings
  • Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patients and their families
  • Experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy and mental health care
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Strong cultural competency, particularly in providing care to underserved populations in a rural setting
  • Experience working in rural or underserved communities

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of teletherapy/telehealth practices (preferred)
  • Interest in community-based mental health initiatives and outreach
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
