Psychosocial Rehabilitation Representative (PSR)

Provide skills support for participants to articulate personal goals and self-manage crisis situations through individualized interventions in living, learning, and work environments. Assist with defining wellness, developing interpersonal coping strategies, and practicing skills like financial management, medication monitoring, and symptom recognition. Enhance social functioning by teaching strategies to reduce behavioral health symptom effects and life stresses related to mental illness or addiction. Guide participants and natural supporters in accessing rehabilitative, medical, and social services while identifying relapse indicators and preventing substance-related disorder recurrences.
