Job Summary
Provide direct psychosocial group services to child clients up to age 18, monitoring behavior and safety while facilitating daily activities and trips. Design, prepare, and lead program curriculum focused on developing social and behavioral skills for educational success and preventing out-of-home placements. Transport clients to and from various locations as required, maintaining accurate records of all client services per state and agency standards. Motivate clients to improve individual social skills through positive modeling while establishing professional relationships with community partners and staff. Requires ability to work with persons with serious emotional disturbance and certification in Managing Aggressive Behaviors.
