Psychosocial Coordinator

Lead the day-to-day operations of a community residential rehabilitation program, supervising staff, guiding clients toward recovery, and stepping in for direct client services as needed. Provide hands-on coaching to your team, ensure all services meet recovery-oriented and culturally competent standards, and manage staffing, billing, and compliance with precision. Maintain equipment, resolve billing issues with Accounting, and track performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Be available 24 hours for emergencies and represent the agency professionally with payers and community partners. Partner with leadership to shape the annual plan and handle disciplinary actions in line with policy.
