Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building and care plans while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and connect with their families, with services delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a Monday-Friday 6pm-9pm schedule and Saturday/Sunday shifts, requiring completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and a six-month commitment. Spanish language skills are required.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
