Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a clinical team member implementing skill-building care plans while accurately recording session data on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families, with services delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. This part-time role requires a high school diploma, Spanish language proficiency, and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, with a 6-month commitment expected. Candidates with backgrounds in education, childcare, or behavioral health are encouraged to apply.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
