Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes or community locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients and families. Role includes flexible part-time hours (Mon-Fri evenings and Saturdays), paid training, and no prior experience required. Must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit to 6 months. Experience in education, childcare, or related roles is a plus; prior psychology coursework is welcome.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Ability to work in clients' homes or community locations
- Part-time availability with specified schedule
- Must complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- 6-month commitment to role
