Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based skill-building and care plans; accurately record session data; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families. Training is provided; part-time role with evening hours and a Saturday shift. Requires completion of the 40-hour RBT course. Great for students pursuing psychology and those with relevant experience in education, childcare, or behavioral health. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm and Saturday 2:00pm-6:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor
- Must take 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
