Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and connect with their families. This part-time role requires only 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 6 pm, and Saturday from 1 pm to 6 pm. Candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and commit to a six-month term. No prior experience is needed; comprehensive paid training is provided for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
