Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team; record session data accurately; foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families. Part-time role with flexible hours, training provided, no prior experience required, ideal for college students pursuing psychology. Requires completing the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course and a 6-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
