Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as a clinical team member by directly executing skill-building plans and recording session data accurately on electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while connecting with families, requiring patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor. This part-time role offers flexible hours (Monday–Friday 3:30–6 pm, Saturday 1–6 pm) for 20 hours per week, including a mandatory 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training is provided. Ideal for psychology students or those seeking entry into the ABA field to make a meaningful impact on children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 3:30 pm-6 pm

- Willingness to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
