Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team; accurately record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and engage with families. Starts part-time with paid training; no prior experience required. Ideal for college students pursuing psychology, offering flexible schedules and a 40-hour RBT course requirement, with a 6-month commitment expected. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Must be willing to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Commitment to a 6-month tenure to support clients' lives
