Job Summary
Conduct individual and collective psychosocial support for residents, their families, and staff at the Domaine du Chapuis. Implement cognitive assessments upon admission and lead personalized care planning projects. Assist in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to staff training on geropsychology fundamentals. Operate under the Director of Establishment within a team focused on enhancing resident well-being and integration. This long-term contract offers potential progression to a permanent role at a nearby site.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 in psychology or psycho-gerontology
- Good knowledge of the elderly public
- CORE spirit (COhésion, Respect, Engagement)
