Job Summary
Conduct individual and collective psychosocial support for residents, their families, and staff across cognitive and behavioral challenges. Implement cognitive evaluations upon resident admission and tailor interventions to personalized care plans. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to improving resident care through psychological awareness training. Dedicate 20% of time to supporting and coordinating the Activities and Adapted Care (P.A.S.A.) unit. Work 70% of full-time hours within the 84-bed facility in Bondoufle, under the Director's supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master 2 en Psycho-gérontologie
