Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan, from toddlers through older adults, assessing concerns related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and executive functioning. Write comprehensive reports and provide feedback to families and schools while delivering individual, family, and/or group counseling services. Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists to support neurodiverse individuals and their families. Participate in case consultation, collaborative treatment planning, and provide supervision and mentoring opportunities based on experience and licensure level. Full-time clinicians work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with Fridays until 5:00 PM and Saturdays until 2:00 PM, including at least two evenings per week. The organization serves over 2,000 neurodiverse individuals using a holistic, strengths-based approach and offers hybrid telehealth opportunities alongside extensive assessment resources and professional growth support.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology
- Current Maryland psychology license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure
- Experience conducting psychological assessments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience evaluating autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities
- Interest in working with neurodiverse populations
- Experience with or interest in play therapy and working with younger children
