Job Summary
Psychologist to provide direct outpatient cognitive and behavioral therapy to adult and pediatric patients within TFHC’s integrated Behavioral Health team. Responsibilities include delivering individual and group interventions (e.g., stress management, sleep enhancement, chronic pain support), coordinating with primary care providers, maintaining timely EHR documentation, delivering trainings to staff, developing and evaluating clinical pathway programs, and supervising peer providers. Requires active Florida psychology license, doctoral degree, at least two years of therapy experience, and experience with autism assessments (ADI/ADOS).
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Active Florida psychology license
- Minimum two years of therapy experience
- BLS certification
- Experience with Autism testing (ADI/ADOS)
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently adhering to policies and HIPAA
