Job Summary
As a counsellor at TELUS Health, provide short-term counselling (3 to 6 sessions) to a diverse client base in person, by phone, or via video; manage administrative case requirements using simple clinical templates; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervisors in a supportive environment; hold a master's or doctoral degree in mental health or human relations and be in good standing with the Quebec professional order; minimum five years of clinical experience; set short-term objectives with a solution-focused approach; demonstrate empathy and able to manage high-risk cases; strong time-management and knowledge of community resources; French proficiency is required with bilingualism considered an asset.
Required Qualifications

- Member in good standing of the professional order in Quebec
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience
