Job Summary
Lead the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Intensive Feeding Program by providing clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for a multidisciplinary pediatric feeding program. Manage clinical processes, monitor outcomes, and develop initiatives to improve program performance while directing therapists' implementation of treatment plans. Serve as the primary decision maker for administrative processes, refine workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational and accreditation requirements. Mentor, train, and coach staff in behavioral treatment approaches, collaborate on performance reviews, and address parent concerns directly to enhance the patient and family experience. Partner closely with the Medical Director and Mary Freebed Rehabilitation Hospital to advance program development and ensure coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited program
- Experience in pediatric psychology, feeding disorders, behavioral intervention, or a closely related clinical specialty
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop clinical programs, and support quality improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
