Job Summary
Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients while diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities and conduct hybrid sessions, including both in-person and telehealth appointments. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation throughout the role. This position offers culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving outcomes through accessible mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active New York State License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Proficiency in psychological assessment
- Proficiency in diagnosis
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in treatment planning
- Comfort with hybrid/telehealth modalities
- Excellent communication skills
- Cultural competence
