Job Summary
Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and ongoing therapy to patients; diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions; develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities; conduct hybrid sessions (in-person and telehealth); collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists within the multi-specialty practice; maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation; deliver culturally competent care to diverse patient populations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program
- Licensure: Active New York State License (Required)
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and treatment planning
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, empathy, strong clinical judgment, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
