Job Summary
The HSPP Psychologist will provide psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment planning, alongside individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders, creating personalized treatment plans, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, providing crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This role also involves clinical supervision of other staff, maintaining necessary credentials, and adhering to professional practice guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology
- Requires Psychologist Licensure in the state of Indiana and endorsement as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification must be obtained after hire and maintained
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and First Aid certification must be obtained after hire and maintained
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage
- Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
- Must be a minimum 21 years of age
